100% Design returns with a new venue and show concept for its 21st edition (23-26 September 2015)

100% Design – the UK's largest design trade show – will celebrate its 21st edition this week. Staged across two levels of their new venue, Olympia London, this year’s event is based upon the central theme – Design in Colour. 100% Design has collaborated closely with trend forecasters WGSN among many others to bring to life the visual and sensual experience of using colour across interiors and the built environment.

The show will present specially commissioned editorial features, world-leading seminars and live content with headline speakers Ilse Crawford, Yves Béhar, Winy Maas and Lyndon Neri alongside over 400 UK and international exhibitors.

The top forecasted colour trends for 2016, will be seen throughout the show as a means to demonstrate the importance of colour and to navigate the show. This is supported by the 100% Design website which fully embraces colour, providing an opportunity to search exhibitor products in each of the selected colours.

100% Design this year also sees new designers in the Emerging Brands section and established brands in the Interiors section creating a unique destination for inspiration and specification.

Five industry sections will return to the show, of which Kitchens & Bathrooms, Workplace and Design & Build will present innovative ideas and the latest technology for those specialist sectors.

William Knight, Show Director, comments, ‘It's another significant and exciting year for 100% Design. We're set for the most visually dramatic edition, bringing the UK's leading design show to a new home for the first time in 17 years. ‘The natural light, intimacy and high-quality visitor experience at Olympia London, blended with the focused and original content of the show, promises to be a brilliant and stimulating combination.’

100% Design continues to attract record numbers of visitors year-on-year. Its 2014 edition attracted over 28,300 attendees, a 36% increase in total footfall since Media 10 acquired the show in 2011. Last year, the total number of exhibitors also rose to 450.
