Ideal Home Show posts opening day visitor numbers surpassing pre-covid levels
The Ideal Home Show opened on 17 March and saw opening day visitor numbers surpass 2019 levels, in a major boost for the event and the consumer exhibitions sector.
Now in its 115th year, the 2023 edition has been boosted by headline partner Sky Glass and the continued partnership with ITV which has seen a major TV campaign, including the opening day ribbon cutting and event walk-through covered live on ‘This Morning’.
Media 10 Group marketing director Rob Nathan said: “We have been blown away by the way in which the show has begun. Not only were visitor numbers up on 2022 by 23% they were ahead of 2019 by 15%, which shows that confidence has truly returned.
