UK Construction Week opened the doors to record visitor numbers this morning, reaffirming the event’s position as the UK leading construction exhibition
In line with the show’s growth plan, organiser Media 10 Ltd are pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Patel as Divisional Director for the UKCW portfolio. Sam spent 10 years in Dubai spearheading the incredible growth of the Big Five for DMG and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the sector and a remit to bring the global construction market to the UK.
Speaking about his new role, Patel said, “I am hugely excited about joining Media 10 and overseeing the UK’s biggest construction events. I will be using my decade-long experience of growing the Big 5 in Dubai into of the world’s largest events, with the same ethos. The mission is to bring the biggest companies from all over the world to the UK - at this year’s show we already working with pavilions from China, India, Turkey, Germany, to name a few, and the potential to add to these countries at scale is tantalising.”
